My basic training was oriented towards the consulting profession. What made me move towards the business of consulting and agent, is my attraction to the associative. The first contact with a candidate is often made with a phone call. We then make sure that the meeting is done as quickly as possible, to maintain a certain fluidity and to promote the sharing of knowledge and skills. We try to understand the needs of the candidate, professionally and personally, and see if his profile matches our values. Once we have met the candidate and become aware of his aspirations, we will look for the project that corresponds to him. We present the candidate to the client and showcase his qualities and his relational skills. Then comes the preparation for the interview, which is a very important phase since it is at this moment that we correct the defects of expression and the nonverbal communication - crossing of the arms, look etc. Once the interview is over, we ask the feelings of the candidate and the client, and if it is appropriate, our new consultant starts his project. Our mission is therefore to provide tailor-made support for both the candidate and the client. What tools and methods do you use on a daily basis? We have a CRM that allows us to follow the recruitment projects on a daily basis. I also use Slack for internal messaging and whatsapp to chat with my consultants. Overall, we must adapt to all communication channels. The fact that several generations rub shoulders in the workplace makes the uses and habits are not the same. I speak with some consultants exclusively on WhatsApp, others by email, others by phone ...
